Meet the Honda TRX400X, a compact off roader designed to go head to head with any type of terrain without baking down.
At the heart of the ATV lies a reliable SOHC, 397cc, air cooled, dry sump RFVC engine which sends its power to the ground through a five speed transmission.
The ATV's speed is kept in check by a set of capable triple disc brakes (two front, one rear) that offer an excellent stopping power and a good feedback.
In terms of suspensions, the Honda TRX400 comes with Baja-ready Pro-Link rear suspension with a one-piece cast-aluminum swingarm and fully adjustable large-diameter aluminum-body piggyback Showa shock. We also like the one-piece cast-aluminum swingarm that further enhances the ATV's rigidity and durability without affecting the overall weight.

For highly experienced riders only; no operator under age 16. Honda recommends that all ATV riders take a training course and read their owner's manual thoroughly.

Triple Disc Brakes

High-Performance 397cc Engine
Bulletproof Radial Four-Valve Combustion Chamber (RFVC), ensures maximum combustion efficiency and horsepower. Camshaft timing developed specifically to meet ATV requirements for torque and useable horsepower.
Counterbalancer
Some other big singles beat you up with vibration and buzz, but not the TRX400X. A gear-driven counterbalancer minimizes engine vibration for smooth operation.
Snorkel-type Airbox
